Alessa was bored one day, for a 6 year old, she could be quite a handful. Flaming orbs orbed herself to the fair where she thought she could have some fun. She had her forearm crutches wrapped around her as she limped around the fairgrounds. Her mother was going to be worried sick and would probably murder her for taking off like this, especially since she was only 6 and couldn't walk that well in crutches, her mother had to watch her constantly.

She was still with Leo, at the time, she was still what he considered the Queen, but at the same time she wanted a better life for herself, and for her family. She sighed as she loved her family and thought when Alessa disappeared that she'd done it on her own. She was worried sick, but somehow before she had a chance to even look for her, she was orbed right next to her young daughter, while she was on the Faris Wheel, stuck at the top.

Alessa had absolutely no clue why she had decided to go on the faris wheel, just a spur of the moment thing. People said it was fun, but she was pretty scared of it. Alessa started crying because the faris wheel had gotten stuck. Her mother was going to be pissed that she took off when she wasn't supposed to. Because she was in crutches, it was hard for her to walk places and that's why she needed supervision, and the fact that she was only 6.

Instead of yelling at her daughter, she was more relieved to see that she was okay. She had a feeling that they were surrounded, that there weren't humans in any of the other carts that carried people on the Faris Wheel, that it was all demons. She froze what she thought were innocent people and when she did, she noticed nobody standing still and that alarmed her. She cast a spell and grabbed her daughter and got out of there, and back onto the ground, out of sight. She didn't want Alessa getting hurt.

Alessa had left her crutches by the faris wheel so she couldn't walk. She was crying because she was so afraid and didn't like being up that high. Alessa was only six and so this was perfectly normal.

Zoey had been living with her aunts for the past five years, since the day her mother went back to the underworld and she hadn't seen her mother since. She was only 2 when her mother left which was really hard for her. She snuck off to the fair when she spotted a young woman rescuing a young girl off of the ferris wheel. Zoey watched the woman with interest as her mind immediately flashed back to her mother and how much she used to love being with her which made her sad. She continued to watch the woman with interest as hid under a nearby table.

She smiled as she used some dark magic to bring the crutches close to her. She smiled, as noone but those with magical abilities could see it. She hoped that they were not being watched. She hated the fact that she had to leave her other five kids behind but she loved Leo more than life itself and hadn't had the heart to destroy him.

Zoey crawled out from under the table "hey lady, how did you do that" Zoey asked as she stood in front of the table watching the woman with interest? Zoey knew if her aunts found out she was missing she was going to be in big trouble.

Alessa hated being cooped up in the underworld, she wanted to have some fun, and the demons weren't exactly fond of a crippled girl and didn't like the idea of her being able to lead them someday. With some help she managed to put the crutches on and was able to limp around somewhat. She only came to the surface for doctors appointments, but Alessa had heard about the fair and wanted to go.

"It's okay, Alessa, we'll deal with this when your father gets back, you know how he'll react to you sneaking off like that. Especially after our arrangement. Your father will most likely be upset because we didn't obey him, we were supposed to remain at home remember? So that we could help your dad... so his enemies who were to oppose him wouldn't stand a chance, not with the help he'd have with him?"
She knew Zoey looked familiar, a little bit. She turned toward her and sighed, she heard her say lady, and that annoyed her a bit. Not near as much as trying to track down her youngest daughter. That was worse, and Leo would not be happy.
"Zoey? Is that you?"

Alessa looked at her mother. "But it's boring down there..." she said with a pitful look on her face, her puppy dog eyes showing, something that always won over her father, even though her mother knew better. She saw Zoey and was really afraid of her, she limped behind her mother and hid behind her legs.

"Ugh, how do you know my name" Zoey asked in a curious voice as she stood as far away from the woman as she could get? "Are you a demon or something" she asked as she backed even farther away keeping her eyes on the woman the whole time and the little girl?

"Alessa, it's going to be alright, trust me, we'll get out and do something, besides, you can't keep disappearing every time you get bored, you should at least come get me, I could use an escape too you know. Dealing with your father, is hard enough on a daily basis, which is why I had to give up part of the people in my life, when I chose to stick by him. When I chose, to leave them behind because it was for their own safety that I do so."
She sighed as she looked at her daughters. She knew Zoey was her daughter, she could tell by the look in her eyes. She hoped that Leo would not find them. She'd given the other kids a chance at a real life, and a good one she hoped.
"Zoey, the....the reason why I know who you are, is because I know Phoebe and Paige, they are my sisters....your aunts, as a matter of fact. It's going to be okay...just relax and concentrate."

Alessa didn't say anything, she was too afraid to move from behind her mother's leg. She could tell that girl was good and could vanquish her if she so desired.

"I'm sorry lady but I don't know who you are" Zoey said as she began to get a little frightened. "Who are you and how do you know that they are my aunts" Zoey asked staring at the woman and the young girl suspiciously?
